The Beauval Gift Card can be used at the ZooParc (ticket offices, restaurants, shops) and at the hotels (receptions, bars, restaurants, shops, Spa).
It can be used on-site or via the Contact Center at +33 (0)2 54 75 5000, in part or in full, and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The Gift Card is reusable.
The Gift Card is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The ZooParc will be closed to the public on October 10 and 11, 2026, due to a private event. Thank you for your understanding.
